Frequently asked questions about the platform

An online platform for consultants who work with DIAT. You enter the pattern type and ridge count of ten fingers; the platform calculates the analysis and prepares a PDF report for your client.

Psychologists, counsellors and training centres. The client does not use the site: they receive the report from the consultant.

Not for the platform. You take the fingerprints in whatever way suits you — with a scanner or ink — and identify the pattern type and ridge count yourself. Only the finished values are entered on the site.

No, it is not a medical service. The report draws no conclusions about health and does not tell the future. It is a basis for a conversation between the consultant and the client about the client’s inclinations.

In the cabinet, open New analysis, choose the type of report, enter the client's name and, for each finger, the pattern code and Ridge Count. Once you confirm, the tokens are taken and the report is ready.

Standard covers fingerprint patterns, hemispheres and brain lobes, quotients, learning style, perception channel, multiple intelligences and next steps. Premium adds the DIAT background pages, personality, activities, career fields and an overall summary, with professiograms as a free bonus.

In Uzbek, Russian and English. One analysis can be downloaded in all three languages — no extra tokens are used.

The values cannot be changed once the analysis is created, so check them before you confirm. If a mistake did happen, write to us and we will look into it.

1 token = 1,000 soʻm. A Standard report uses 40 tokens, a Premium report 50. There is one balance, so what is left works for either. Buying 1,000 tokens or more at once earns a bonus of 5% to 60%, which makes every report cheaper.

Choose the number of tokens in the cabinet and send a request. A manager contacts you to agree on the payment method. Once the payment is confirmed, the tokens are added to your balance with the bonus.

No. Tokens stay on your balance for as long as your account is active.

Refunds for unused tokens are handled as set out in the terms of use. Bonus tokens and tokens already used are not refunded.

Fingerprint images are not stored — there is no way to upload them. Your account holds your account details, the client’s name and the finished result of the analysis.

Only you. The analysis is tied to your account and other consultants cannot see it. The administrator sees only how many analyses there are and of which type.

The result is removed from the database for good and cannot be restored. The tokens used are not returned, so save the PDF first.

Contact us. An administrator issues a temporary password; at the first sign-in you replace it with a new one yourself.

In the “Course” section of your account, with tokens from your balance — the lessons open at once. Lessons are watched only inside the account.

An account may be blocked temporarily for a breach of the terms of use or for security reasons. Write to us to find out the reason.
