Terms of use

The service is provided by Future Survey, Tashkent, Uzbekistan (“the platform”). The platform runs at https://www.futuresurvey.uz.

By opening an account you accept these terms. The terms include the elements of a public offer.

The site is available in three languages. If the texts differ, the Uzbek text prevails.

The platform calculates a DIAT analysis from the pattern codes and ridge counts of ten fingers that you enter, and prepares a PDF report. Taking the prints, identifying the pattern type and counting the ridges is your work.

The accuracy of the result depends on the values entered. The same values always produce the same report.

DIAT is not a medical service: the report does not assess health and does not tell the future.

An account is opened for one consultant. You must not share your sign-in details and must keep the password secret.

If the password is forgotten, an administrator issues a temporary password; at the first sign-in you replace it with a new one.

An account may be blocked temporarily if the terms are broken or for security reasons. A blocked account keeps its data and tokens.

Every payment on the platform — analyses and the video course alike — is made in tokens. The token price, the tokens each report type and the course use, the minimum purchase and the bonus steps are shown on the Pricing page.

Tokens are requested from the cabinet. Once the payment is confirmed, the tokens are added to the balance together with the bonus. The bonus follows the step in force when the request was sent. Prices may change; tokens already received remain valid.

Creating an analysis takes the tokens set for its report type once. Downloading a paid analysis in three languages needs no extra tokens. Tokens do not expire.

Pricing

Refunds are considered as follows:

• money paid for unused tokens is refunded on request, by the method you paid with; bonus tokens are not refunded;
• tokens already used are not refunded, because the service is provided when the analysis is created;
• if an analysis was not created because of a technical error on the platform's side, the tokens are returned to the balance;
• tokens spent on the video course are not refunded, as the course opens as soon as they are taken.

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Access to the course is unlocked for one account with a one-off payment in tokens. Lessons are watched only inside the account.

Downloading lessons, recording them from the screen, copying them and passing them on to third parties is prohibited. Your account mark is shown on the video.

If this rule is broken, access to the course and the account may be closed without a refund of tokens.

When using the platform you undertake to:

• obtain the client’s consent (for minors — that of a parent or legal representative) before entering their data;
• enter only values that you have measured and checked yourself;
• explain to the client that the report is advisory, and not present it as a medical, legal or official opinion;
• not attempt unauthorised access to the platform or interfere with its operation.

You may use a created report in your practice and hand it to your client.

The report template, the calculation method, the site texts, graphics and video lessons belong to the platform. They may not be copied or distributed as your own product.

DIAT results are advisory. Responsibility for decisions about education, career, health or any other matter rests with the person who makes the decision.

The platform is not liable for the consequences of values entered incorrectly. The platform’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner laid down by law.

The platform may update the terms. The current version is published on this page; significant changes are announced through your account.
